As part of the conditions of the specific permission granted by JPPA, reporting entities are required submit regular compliance reports.

Among the compliance reports that can be reported through this Portal are:

• Offshore Loan
• Investment Abroad
• Overseas Accounts Balances
• Offsetting of Inter-company accounts

Survey of External Assets & Liabilities Vis-a-Vis Non-Residents In All Currencies.

To compile statistics on the nation's Internation Investment Position (IIP) and External Debt (ED), BNM conducts the periodic survey.

Survey respondents can use this Portal to submit response for the following survey:
