For first time applicant using offline mode, please download the Setup program to a local directory in the PC and the program shall guide the installation process.
On the other hand, if an Offline Application Program has already been installed previously, please initiate the update using the existing program in the PC. Please refer to the User Guide for the detailed steps in updating the offline application program.
